A girl drugs a man and pretends to be his deceased wife. They are so toxic that's either just comic and gives you forever trauma and regret 😭😂

Right!!! I don't like his patronizing ways in the latest episode, I just couldn't stomach it at all.. At first I was going to accept him as the end game and think it's just the way it is. Age gap here is mild compared to other cdramas where the fl is portrayed as 15/16 ☠️ with a 20 something guy.. Here we at least have her being 18/19. I still don't like it or prefer it but I can stomach it. I know some people back in that era married very young but ahimè i just don't want to see that in a drama either both are young getting married which what most people back then actually did or both in their 20s how nice would that be!! Let's just make it that fl married a bit late. Anyway as you said not a big issue the main problem here is what happened in the latest episode of what truly got me to go WTF

Absolutely! However to be fair the first part of the drama doesn't have most of these points except the rape in the first life. The ml is by all means a very toxic red flag person. While the rape in first life is dealt with as not a big deal in 2nd life so much that I thought it never occurred

The world of cdrama is so fascinating to me. The audience for them are mostly complete weirdos who like weird toxic s##t. So warning this drama is not for normal people who are into healthy relationships and here is what you need to know:
1- Yan lin rapes JXN in the first life
2- Xie forcefully imposed his love on JXN prevents her from leaving applying physical force
3- Xie takes advantage of her when she faints after getting beaten up and plants a forehead kiss and embrace
4-Xie forces a kiss on her and chockes her, ps he has a diabolical side like an alter ego when the snow comes down but he was aware of the forced kiss and said he did it willingly
5- she wants to leave in peace he drags her and chockes her again
6- she get kidnapped by the rebels and he goes to save her and we have a forced sleeping together in the same bed as there is a spy watching them, he does everything so that she is indebted to him and feel like she needs to be with him and ofc she does end up with him
5- she likes zz at first as he was and still is the only good man however after that the drama treats the love as if she was confused of whether it's truly love or not after she said it herself an episode before anyway fastward no actual Romance very sloppy/unbelievable breakup over something that obviously wasn't her fault
6- ps a cherry on top Xie is JXN teacher. So we have a teacher /student romance.. Aww just what we needed!! And a mild age gap as well.
final verdict not a single toxic traits was left, you can find them all in this drama!!

I have such a saturation for young rookie Chinese actresses that I wish to never see them ever again. In kdrama I always welcome them like finally a promising upcoming actress but man do cdrama made me sooo tired of them.. They are everywhere having the same poor acting and the same frustrating roles!
