I love love this drama.. I keep waiting for the next episode! On minor annoyance is that she acts cute with the ml sometimes which is my major pet peeve I love that she is mature most of the time.. I hate baby like minor female leads (cough Zhao lusi and others) that's why I love her.. Also the ml referring to her as little girl is irksome but fortunately she is not. I also love that we have diffrent love lines and that there is no certain male lead from the get go like most dramas.. Zhang Zhe has all my little heart

There is surely a halfway between dark dramas with older men and idol dramas. If they were better they would have hits but guess what they don't. I don't think cdramas shine with dark themes. You are right she is 30! Still in the successful era so she shouldn't waste her precious Years in dramas that are bound to fail. Also she looks super young.. So even idol dramas can still be done
