Yeah I really do think it's a "you problem" I know you were wondering but after reading your review it definitely is. My dearest was an angst shit of story and the romance was disgusting and age gap was too much. You just have hypocritical, patriarchy upholding mentality which is okay I personally don't like age gaps with older men but love it with older women. Never found middle age plus men to be in the slightest attractive. However don't go on projecting your own beliefs that it should always be older man/youger woman and if not there is no chemistry. For me there was so much chemistry and not enough romance which is really a shame. I can't stand people like you really even if you have a preference other people also have one and who said that the only way for love is not a way of older woman younger man. Also there was nothing wrong about an older woman marrying a younger man even in old Korea.. So you are just blabbering bs and at the end she was no longer a widow.

That's what I wrote yj and cj could really get back together which I would really hate.. They are not compatible and she is too young age wise and mentally.. I wish he and dahye would just realize they are a better fit than their exes but ahimè thats not how it works. It's not that no one is interested in sk.. I mean hwi is and dj was but they can tell she isnt really into them.. She likes Kwantae the most and he is just a yj stalker at this point so yeah she will go back to her ex since her better option is no longer available

Thoughts: Hyewon has a very toxic relationship with hwi who is really a punk.. She is not enough in his eyes.. he wants her to be hung up on him so he gives her a bit of attention then explores his other option but another weird fact for example he is supposed to like seokyung but he doesn't seem to even want to be near her.. When they were washing the dishes together he wanted to do it alone and seemed a bit annoyed but on the other hand he sends her messages but doesn't do more.. What is this?!? The only couple I love is cj and dahui they are literally perfect together but they are still so hung up on their exs and unfortunately I just don't think they will grown out of love for the exes and actually focus on developing this further.. Someone else said it was about comfort more than true romantic attraction and I have to agree.. Which is very frustrating!! Dongjin is clearly over dh and actually is the most interested in yujin but yujin isn't in the least bit interested in him and that is why he is with hy a second best who also doesn't really like him.. He is there for comfort and to avoid being lonely .. I don't hope she gets with hwi or DJ. about sk many people are saying she doesnt have anyone she is interested in but here is my take.. She really liked guangtae and they have a mutual thing for a while she texted him the most but then at once he went all stalker on yj and doesn't seem to accept a no. I hope he grows out of his staker era because I am disgusted with him! I think he is closer to actually reuniting with his ex..she is the perfect fit for him.. Hopefully he goes that route and stop with the creepy behavior.
Prime example of grooming. Highschool teen is abused and gets taken by an old middle aged man to his house and then is sent to his house to be basically groomed to he his bride yikes
I am so tired of the fake moralists here making it something that it's not. I am currently watching and it's such a great and unproblematic drama. No romance whatsoever when they are teacher - student! Watch the freakin drama and judge it based on what you watched. This is a great drama so far the rating is really unfair and doesn't represent how good is this drama. While on the other hand most of these people have watched goblin and rated it high despite it being about an actual romance by a teenager and a middle age goblin groomer who even takes her home with him.
