it's definitely because Gwanhee is more interesting, that's like the rule for broadcast, u need to fight for screentime, they wont show u much if u're boring. The show is using Gwanhee, not the other way around (wanting to promote him the most like u claimed). Did u watch Wonik "date" with Sieun? He def boring, might be also a reason why the girls are not interested with him (the girl might talked to him and it wasnt aired)
