Not all "live" singing is actually singing, mostly singers sings with mic off, you can defintely tell if they are lipsyncing if their breath visibly heard, or they move the mic closer and further from their mouth without any change in the song volume.

This song is very difficult to sing, much more difficult than pure high pitches. High pitches are even easier for xiaoju because her voice range is also quite high. But Melatonin has a lot of transitions, not to mention a lot of switching between higher and lower notes. In such cold weather, with exposed shoulder, her voice doesn't even tremble.
