Poor Kiku🤧You can really tell she’s doing everything she can to protect herself from Siba. She’s never been someone who seeks public attention and tries to ride trends for sympathy. For years, she’s endured endless criticism, rumors and unfair treatment in silence, she choose to focus on her work rather than respond to every accusation.

Atm, this is the first time she’s spoken up and taken legal action, not to create noise, but because her reputation is being deliberately damaged. She’s defending herself because she has to, not because she wants the spotlight.

And to be clear: she didn’t create this public attention. The situation was pushed into the open by Siba’s actions. Xiaoju is simply responding, she finally draws a line after years of restraint. That alone says a lot about her character and how far she was pushed before deciding enough was enough🤧😭

This is exactly what makes VOS so frustrating, they don't release any promo material during major chinese events like Dragon Boat Festival, Lantern Festival, Mid Autumn and so on.🤧Other dramas, even ones that have been on the shelf for a long time like ETF and HS, are putting out posters and short clips, VOS stays silent😭
Atp it’s probably best not to rely too much on promotions or trailers. Sometimes, it’s not a lack of marketing that matters (set ETF and HS for example) atleast VOS has already passed censorship, which means there’s a good chance it will air soon.

The rumored Jan14 airing was actually posted by a reliable melon accnt, so it’s very likely true. JJY is also recording OSTs and we might get a trailer by the end of dec but let’s wait and see.

I’m binge-watching a drama right now, and the female lead is seriously cringe. She keeps arguing with the most nonsensical logic, yet acts like she’s making groundbreaking points. It’s one of those shows that’s painful but somehow impossible to stop watching. What about you, what are you up to?

The main character’s “script” is next-level brainless🤣😭 I can’t stop laughing at how she comes up with the most far-fetched perspectives and how completely pointless some of her arguments are. It’s like watching a drama llama run wild on roller skates😐

I can imagine a heartbreaking ending where LWY gets possessed by the evil spirit Jiuying and the only way to save everyone is to destroy the vessel, her. Then LS will try to save her, but she’s the one begging him to end it before she loses control and hurts him. It’s nothing, don’t mind me..I’m just crying in the corner🤧

Sometimes it’s not the scene itself that makes us cry, it’s the actor’s performance. The way they show a break down can hit so hard that it can even make a drama with a BE feel amazing🥲

Tbh, It's so hard to ignore that comment, especially when they start dragging other actresses into it and saying Kiku “should learn” from them. Like.. hello? everyone has their own talent and uniqueness. She doesn’t need to be copying anyone, mygad. I was just checking for updates and then my invisible 🔪 suddenly came out on instinct🤧🙂

Okay but what exactly is your problem about kiku for not doing or going all out with wild kisses?🙄 Is there an award for that? And who told you romance dramas require kissing scenes to be good? Romance is not about kissing scenes, it’s about emotions, connection, and storytelling.

And about the chemistry you’re talking about, Jilu is the perfect example. We were all screaming about her chemistry with TJR and if you’ve watched her other dramas, you’d know she actually has a ton of cp fans like ningqian, hanyi. That alone proves she can deliver chemistry without needing to lie or roll on a bed or have her MLs kiss her neck or do ‘wild’ scenes just to prove something.
THAT'S MAKES HER UNIQUE. She doesn’t need over-the-top intimacy to show chemistry. She does it through acting, eye contact, micro-expressions and emotional tension. Not every actress has to follow the same formula just to please a certain audience**🙂
