in twitter, all those BL drama lovers, made reviews about evilive as if it's a BL drama (all those overly analyzing of Doyoung's expressions or gestures or the way he talked.. )like seriously.... when it's clearly not.. that's what make it annoying. i've watched a lot of noir dramas before from years ago, but never encountered people talking about male centric dramas/movies like this... it's just these days, people are getting bold to express them specially towards a drama which clearly doesn't have any BL contents., if it's really a BL drama, i don't even care how you wanna think about the male lead relationships... but the fact that evilive is not BL..so dont treat it like a BL... how could you who love BL dramas not understand? respect the other fans who love evilive as a noir genre..not as BL!

there's where the problem lies.. i don't understand how could someone after watching a noir genre drama and thought as if they were watching BL, it is weird.. where evilive doesn't have any BL concepts, maybe for some stares from doyoung towards dongsoo also he bought him gifts etc.. (those stares means how intimidating of him to dongsoo... also bought him gifts? n give him money? its just show how he wanted to "buy" dongsoo's loyalty and trust.. (that's what i read from some comments from the ppl who thought it was BL LOL, their imaginations are beyond this world LOL.. t).

but whatever.. i wish that people won't misunderstand evilive as BL drama, because i've read people asking about whether or not to watch it coz of some BL comments.. they doubt to watch it..

but i also dislike the ideas of how some people think this is a BL drama where in fact it is clearly not, other people who plan to watch will probably misunderstand if people keep saying that evilive is BL drama in public.

evilive is just a male centric drama with a great chemistry between the male leads, how they balanced each other through their acting skills..so i don't know how could people see this like a BL drama (there are no kissings, huggings, bed scenes.. romantic gestures..etc), just like how some ppl watch beyond evil too.. it's quite annoying..

i mean i'm not against ppl who like BL dramas... when what they are watching are really BL drama in the description, but evilive isn't a BL drama AT ALL, none in the description said it has BL elements.. so i think people should just all respect each other..

i donno why people these days always refer male centric dramas like BL drama, most people are not like this when i watched noir genre like from 10-20 years ago..

anyway, this drama is not a drama about villain vs good innocent people actually..(unlike the one from strong girl namsoon)
this drama is about villain versus villain...the story tells who is the ultimate villain in the end... so i guess why people like the villain because it's not about the villain torturing innocent people..its more like they turn villains to go against another villains (the corrupted officials).

that's why it's called a noir drama.

his name is seo do young. hehe.. yep he was wearing the same outfit like for 5 eps (in between he changed to some clothes for short amount of time).. then changed to black attire for the rest of episodes.. it bothered me at first (with the jacket n flowy pants), but i was more impressed by his persona (youngkwang's acting) rather than just clothing... haha XD yep no smoking at all.. but he drank a lot..so maybe he just didn't like to smoke? coz mr gu of my liberation notes also drank a lot, but no smoking hehehe.. mr gu was also some sort of gangster?
