hum you are right and the increase in wbc is normal in normal pregnant woman but as u know she is digonised with BT for which its not normally possible to get elevated in wbc counts .... but still this is a drama even if she is dying bed with her regrets i wish her to get well soon.... ofc its impossible unless until a miracle happens.... I just came across a comment saying Hae In got pregnant which lead to increase in WBC count IN a POV of a Med student this is very normal... this what actually happens during pregnancy mainly btn the 7th week to 35th week of prgnancy . so may be we are getting a happy ending with a lot of skinships and kisses. 😍😍😇😇

So IMO even now she talks to ML like she is the boss but still she love him so much... In the starting of the drama she is avoiding, bossing Hyun woo... Im studying MEd Science So there's a condition when you' behave just the opposite when you're not supposed to do so ...this condition may arise due to PTSD, GUILT, Depression, etc Its just way to cover up for the guilt the feelings you hide inside your heart and mind... May be there's another reason for her behavior but in a Med student pov its quite normal for her to behave as so... May be there are other reasons... In this drama but if u want to elaborate the condition wrt a Med student it's supposed to be like this... May be im wrong but like u asked u don't understand ryt... Im giving my opinion...
