if you read the novel you will understand why. Charlie is really like a robot and it is his very first time that is why he looked so dumb and you can see he does not showed any emotional reaction at that point but as the story continues it will be develop. Yeah too many shipping that does not in the novel and too many added scene that does not have any connections to the story or opposed to the story. I am excited to Way doing something on Babe but got disappointed they did not showed it. They did not show a scene so you won't understand the reason why Babe forgave Charlie and its one of the most important part or maybe they will show it to us the next episode but because it will affect a lot esp Babe.

True. The leads are still useless having got all the evidences and reaches that point of the game they are still clueless of what is happening. Not even strategize at night. They just go with the flow. The last episodes 10 & 11 would not be able to get attention if Na Hee did not suggest the idea of paint. Jun Hee on the otherhand is so unpredictable being too determined to find Na Hee's killer at first but became as soft as jelly when he found out the killer letting Da Beom live. He is so useless wasted revive on the Doctor. The side characters are the life of the drama tsk tsk.

It is good for him to die because if he is the real police he just wasted the opportunity. He got right on getting Da Beom being the killer but instead of persuading other citizen and building alliance, he just killed other citizens mindlessly worst targetting the Doctor. He deserved to die horrible way on a loser being a bad person/player on the game.
