based on what I noticed about the so-called "screenwriter" in the latest episode, it feels like he doesn’t have even the slightest bit of care for his own characters. he clearly sees how hard the main leads are trying to change the plot and grow just so they can end up together—but nope, he still seems determined to make everything end in tragedy 😂 I honestly don’t understand why he’s so eager to go for a sad ending, and he even mentioned that the drama would get more views that way. but if you ask us—the actual viewers of the show—we’d definitely be upset if the main leads end up dying.lol
FL is shown as a pretty lazy actress in the drama so you can guess how much character study she did for her role.…
that's an interesting take, ari. however, I still think that doesn’t completely justify how selfish or emotionally detached she acts, especially toward the ML. Even if she knows how the story is 'supposed' to end, she still makes choices that hurt people unnecessarily. It’s like she’s using the script as an excuse instead of taking responsibility for her actions within the story. watching the ML break down episode after episode is just exhausting at this point. I get that there’s a metafiction layer going on with her, but I still want to see some real growth from her character soon. If the point is to show how trapped she is by the script, then we also need to see her try to break out of that pattern—otherwise the arc just feels emotionally stagnant.
