The premise, the relationship, the graduating plot, the toxicity aren't even same, the story telling here is so poetry, the self dialogue exchange using some high quality, if anything, this is closer to Crossing the Line but with much expanding background

Please respect The Only One screenwriters who actually using engaging dialogue by not comparing them to some inexistent "writing" in the show 😭 oh and don't even let me start with the characterisation, production quality or the narrative

That's the reason why I'm being cautious and so worried, because here the thing,

1. By claiming themselves having a season 2 script ready, that means they won't adapt the novel entirely for S1, bcs ofc it's not their license, and we are gonna have that cliffhanger ending, and what if it didn't meet their expectations? We won't get season 2 and just leave us like that

2. Unless they somehow find a way to make script for Season 2 "original" aka not based on Novel, that means we are going to have all 3 volume being adapted yet will be so rushed

I would rather having a cliffhanger than rushed ending

So yeah, both situations make me worried
