the problem with him doing so many dramas is the fact that we see him almost everywhere and it gets boring...…
You taking it in worng way ,he is 3rd generation actor it's all about the competition and maintaining their stardom or also he even mentioned this is the age where he have to work hard and now I see new actors everywhere, I even forgot about 3rd generation actors like jcw, park seojun ,lee jongsuk, because there are so many new actors coming and it's a lot of competition going on so he is trying to maintain his stardom, and your said he trying to snatch award,it's the opposite he is the one who got snatched from awards, last year his dramas might be average but his all characters ruled with enough screen time ,so it's nothing wrong in doing 2 to 3 projects a year .

SCANDAL (2025) – FULL PREDICTED STORY

Episode 1: The Proposition

Lady Cho (Son Ye Jin) is a woman of power, beauty, and influence in the Joseon Dynasty. However, her life feels empty and constrained by her loveless marriage to an influential but aging nobleman. She secretly craves freedom and excitement.

Jo Won (Ji Chang Wook) is a notorious playboy and a skilled manipulator. He’s recently returned to the capital after traveling abroad and is well-known for his exploits in seduction.

Lady Cho offers Jo Won a challenge: If he can seduce Hui-yeon (Nana), a virtuous widow with a pristine reputation, she will reward him with her affection. Jo Won, seeing it as an easy conquest, agrees. He’s intrigued by the challenge of seducing a woman of virtue.

Episode 2: The Beginnings of a Seduction

Jo Won begins his pursuit of Hui-yeon, taking a subtle approach. He carefully inserts himself into her life, first offering sincere companionship, pretending to be a nobleman who values her wisdom and grace.

Hui-yeon, still mourning her late husband, is initially reluctant to open her heart to another man. But Jo Won's charm slowly breaks through her emotional barriers, and she begins to admire him.

Lady Cho uses her influence to spread subtle rumors, isolating Hui-yeon socially, making her more dependent on Jo Won for companionship. Jo Won senses this and starts becoming genuinely drawn to Hui-yeon, complicating the situation.

Episode 3: Growing Affections and Doubts

As Jo Won continues his pursuit, he spends more time with Hui-yeon, getting to know her deeply. Their connection becomes emotional as Jo Won starts to respect her intelligence, grace, and inner strength.

Hui-yeon, torn between her loyalty to her late husband and her growing feelings for Jo Won, begins to feel conflicted. She’s unsure of her feelings but can’t deny the attraction.

Lady Cho watches this progression carefully and grows increasingly jealous. She reminds Jo Won that the purpose of this seduction was never love—it’s about power and control. Jo Won becomes disturbed by Lady Cho’s cruelty but doesn’t yet question his role in this game.

Episode 4: Betrayal and Revelation

The emotional stakes rise when Jo Won, despite his genuine feelings, continues with the plan to seduce Hui-yeon. In a vulnerable moment, Jo Won is forced to reveal his true intentions to Hui-yeon in a subtle manner, maybe by mentioning his reward from Lady Cho.

Hui-yeon overhears a conversation between Jo Won and Lady Cho, fully realizing that she was nothing more than a game for Jo Won. She is devastated and heartbroken.

At a public event, Hui-yeon confronts Jo Won, rejecting him publicly in front of the court, humiliating him. Her trust has been shattered. Lady Cho watches with satisfaction but hides her own growing anxiety, fearing that Jo Won might betray her next.

Episode 5: Jo Won’s Fall and Lady Cho’s Manipulations

Jo Won, deeply ashamed and devastated by Hui-yeon’s rejection, starts to spiral. He drowns his sorrow in drinking and reckless behavior. His reputation takes a severe hit as word spreads of his betrayal.

Lady Cho, seizing the opportunity, moves to ruin Jo Won’s life further. She starts a new scheme to frame him for a political crime, leveraging his broken state to manipulate him into taking the fall.

Jo Won, realizing the full extent of Lady Cho’s treachery, begins to regret his choices. He decides to expose Lady Cho, but she is always one step ahead. The walls close in on Jo Won as he becomes the scapegoat for something he didn’t do.

Meanwhile, Hui-yeon, while still hurt, starts to question Lady Cho’s involvement in this situation. She begins to understand that Jo Won wasn’t the only one at fault.

Episode 6: Redemption and Desperation

Jo Won, at rock bottom, reaches out to Hui-yeon, desperately trying to explain his actions and express his remorse. He realizes he truly loves her and wants to make amends.

Lady Cho, knowing that Jo Won is beginning to fall out of her control, escalates her manipulation, planting evidence against him to ensure he is punished for his "crimes."

Hui-yeon, conflicted but moved by Jo Won’s sincere efforts, begins to help him gather evidence to clear his name. She comes to terms with her feelings, knowing that Jo Won’s betrayal was not just his fault, but a result of Lady Cho’s manipulations as well.

Episode 7: The Final Confrontation

Hui-yeon, using the evidence they’ve gathered, confronts Lady Cho in front of the court, revealing her manipulations and crimes. Lady Cho, enraged, tries to turn the court against Hui-yeon, but her power begins to unravel.

Jo Won, now determined to protect Hui-yeon and clear his name, challenges Lady Cho’s influence head-on, even if it costs him his reputation.

The confrontation leads to a public trial or execution of Lady Cho, where she is banished from high society, losing all her power and influence.

Jo Won, though vindicated, is severely injured during the final battle (either through a duel or attack by Lady Cho’s loyalists). He is saved by Hui-yeon, but his fate remains uncertain.

Episode 8: The Conclusion (Two Possible Endings)

1. Tragic Ending

Jo Won dies from his injuries, his redemption coming too late. In his final moments, he asks for Hui-yeon’s forgiveness, expressing his genuine love for her.

Hui-yeon, heartbroken and devastated, decides to live a quiet life, remembering Jo Won’s sacrifice but never truly moving on.

Lady Cho, now exiled, is left to live in solitude, realizing that her manipulations led to her own demise.

The final shot could be Hui-yeon alone, gazing at a distant horizon, reflecting on love, loss, and the cost of ambition.

2. Bittersweet Ending

Jo Won survives but is exiled for his involvement in the scandal. He chooses to leave the capital to start over, leaving behind his past life and Hui-yeon.

Hui-yeon, now a respected woman of her own, makes peace with her feelings for Jo Won, accepting that they will never be together again.

Years later, Hui-yeon encounters Jo Won in a chance meeting. They share a quiet, emotional moment, and it’s clear that their love story could have continued—had circumstances been different. The series ends on a hopeful but bittersweet note, showing that while they couldn’t have a future together, their love will never be forgotten.
