EXACTLY but considering that he want to revenge her sister and emperor so he made plans all along, his first priority was to take over the Wei kingdom. He forgot everything that happend in Song but fate brings them back together. He just need some time to actually let go of his ego and ambitions and choose to live peacefully with the person he actually needs.
You wouldn't understand how my heart aches for my Ouyang wenshan. Apparently the actors's voice (WRC&RV) are dubbed :( the dubbed voice made them look more perfect, though it will be more naturaland authentic if they use their own voice. I understand RV is taiwanese and his characters has to be perfect. Maybe they r afraid with his chinese. And both of them has many lines in accadian language esp RV.
