everyone will be happy if it has a happy ending its just the happy ending itself needs to make sense and fit into the drama . That being said we are most likely not going to get a complete sad ending either, it will either be a open ending where u can have your own head canon on what happens or we will get a bittersweet ending as that person has theorised

I think your theory will be close to the actual ending, this isnt a fantasy drama, I dont think they will be able completely cure the cancer, at max they will only be able extend her life time as you have said. But if they do somehow manage to completely cure Hae- In i hope its not some cliché, farfetched way.

The scene of their other villagers talking and stuff seems so unnecessary, they always be yapping fr, wish we didnt have most of those scenes and replaced them with something more beneficial to the plot and romance , we only get 3 or 4 romance scenes of the main couple and theyre always soo short. The last 2-3 episodes better have more interactions between the main couple
