Honestly saying, I'm glad to have another Zhang Linghe modern drama, definitely a rare sight!
His last modern drama : The Best Thing (2025) is one of best love story i ever seen in a modern cdrama ... (Great chemistry, ML and FL so supportive each other e great comunication, zero trash cliches , super happy ending, no breakup, no annoying/drag triangles... a rare gem) .... already rewatched many time xD
Ah the best two romance scene... for me.. the bath kiss scene (very hot xD) in ep18 and the dialogue and kiss of FL with the "ghost" of ML xD in the end of ep21 so romantic and sad scene
Overall a very good drama.... the romance start too late but sooooo good This couple is amazing togheter... from "Go Go Squid" to this drama...their chemistry so natural ... they are perfect in love
The screenwriter wasted some episodes with bad cliches and misunderstanding... the romance ...i repeat...started too late and this is the worst mistake of this script
My tips: Skip absolute the episode20 ..trash and creepy scenes in this episode... totally unwatchable and useless ... i hate this shits and it happens often in many cdrama 2ml totally damned and obsessed ....
After the tragic events in the end of ep19....go fast to ep21 ... and wait the light on ep22 :)
