To me it was also obvious from the title. But it was also obvious people are gonna ignore the title. That's why I think it would have been good to underline that the list is ONLY for this year's performances. Ofc, some would have still ignored just like they ignored the list is for females and added a male.

You're right, but then we need another list for best actresses still active. Or else people will keep on adding their faves here. Also, someone needs to take control and start removing names. There is even a male and a dead person added. Seriously!

So? The list is Best Actresses in 2024 not best actresses, who played a role in 2024, isn't it? They're still actresses in 2024 even if they haven't done any work this year.
