There is so many dramas in which leads helped other leads to get over the trauma . He really wanted to be with her for his whole life . Tell me do they can live together like forever . She could get married and have to go somewhere else . She is being his comfort place since his mother left him . There is nothing wrong if you find peace in someone . Also the scene where he told her that he only think about her when he was aboard is one of the most emotional scenes for me also the way she hugged him and said " Why didn't someone find you that you are sick " clearly had me tears in my eyes . She is be his lifeline because if she was not with him he would fall deeper and deeper . I like the fact that they become real couple in the end not just brother and sister 🙂🙂

Main lead relationship is not at all unhealthy . It is just some people misunderstand . You can clearly see how male lead keep distance from her since childhood and what is problem they are not blood related neither their parents are married to each other . You can see how female lead clearly like him at first sight that is why despite he doesn't talk to her she tried to talk to him .On other hand she doesn't want second lead to even be her brother 🙂🙂
