It seems he was recast. Kwon Haehyo is playing Jaejin's father in this drama. Other characters were recast, such as Lee Sena and Oh Jieun.

There is no information, or at least I couldn't find any, about LKY playing Noh Youngwon's father (as seen in the MDL cast list).
