Statement Regarding the Garo Sero Research Institute Press Conference
1. Introduction
As the legal representative of Gold Medalist ( kim Soohyun's agency), we would like to share our official stance regarding the claims made in today's press conference by the YouTube Channel GSRI, titled:
(Urgent Broadcast) Press Conference Revealing 'KimSoohyun's Serious Crimes'.
2. Regarding the Alleged Audio Recording Presented by Garo Sero
Garo Sero claimed in the press conference that they had obtained a voice recording involving the late actress kim Saeton.
However, that recording is completely fake.
Gold Medalist has identified it as an Audio file generated through artificial intelligence ( AI) or similar technology.
The person who provided the file to Garo Sero ( hereafter referred to as 'the audio provider') also approached Gold Medalist, claiming to have a recording in which the late kim Saeron said favorable things about Kim Soohyun. This individual is a scammer.
He demanded money from Gold medalist and
sent a portion of the recording, which turned out to be a manipulated version of Kim Saeron's voice.
Gold Medalist rejected all of his demands.
This scammer had no connection whatsoever to the late Kim Saeron. After failing to deceive Gold Medalist, he colluded with Garo Sero to release the fabricated audio. As mentioned earlier, Gold Medalist believes the audio was created using Al technology and is currently undergoing technical analysis. Once the results are available, we will share them immediately.
3. Regarding the So-called ' Assault Photo' claimed by Garo Sero
Garo Sero also claimed that the audio provider was physically attacked on the orders of Gold Medalist or lawyer Go Sangrok, and Presented a photo as supposed evidence.
This claim is completely false and utterly baseless.
In fact, the so-called ' assault Photo' they presented is an image that can easily be found through a simple internet search. This proves that Garo Sero and the audio provider downloaded a random image from the internet and falsely presented it as evidence of an attack.
4.Gold Medalist's plan to Respond to Goro Sero
This press conference by Garo Sero is yet another attempt to carry out a cyber attack against actor Kim Soo-hyun by spreading false accusations, in order to divert attention from their own legal troubles, including defamation, stalking, cybersex crimes, and evidence tampering.
Gold Medalist is already appalled by this incident. We believe this press conference clearly shows that Garo sero's many past claims were also false and fabricated.
What Garo Sero has done is not only a new form of crime using AI technology, but also a serious act of character assassination against Kim Soohyun based on forged evidence. They must and will be held legally accountable.
Gold Medalist will immediately file criminal complaints and legal action against Garo Sero for violating the Stalking Punishment Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and communications Network Utilization and Information Protection ( defamation).
We will fully cooperate with law enforcement to ensure that Garo Sero is punished according to the law.
