ep 16 was quite depressing for me honestly with mudai just being away from the team , but ep17 was sm better

yesss couldn’t agree more

i also feel so bad for thirteen he ended up feeling guilty again

not me having so much sympathy for the savage

ep 13 was so heartbreaking honestly..

really enjoying this so far
I’m living for the interactions between mu dai and luo ren

this drama reminded me of ( story of kunning palace) which is one of my fav dramas, I think they have some similarities
I only wish that their slow burn was slower
the last 10 eps were kinda boring to me but the ending was satisfying
overall a very good drama that I REALLY enjoyed
also loveeeed the main leads characters

I was disappointed with that kiss scene tho

it took me too long to finish cuz it got really boring in the middle
although it was interesting at the beginning and the last few eps

yess

and she absolutely did an amazing job
this was my fav thing in the whole drama

also the way women were barely put against each other in this drama 🤍(it’s only the annoying princess honestly)

I can’t explain to u how much I enjoyed this drama
mudan is definitely my new fav fl of all time
can’t wait for the sequel!!

but the way almost everyone died…..I’m so annoyed

the start was so interesting and entertaining but then I got a little bored at the middle BUT it was interesting again towards the end..
LOVED THE CASTING

this drama was really cute as a (family drama) I didn’t like the romance between main leads AT ALL there’s no depth in their relationship if u ask me? i even disliked their scenes together 😭(they got better at the last few eps tho)
but as for shao yao and shen huan I LOVED THEM and enjoyed their love story way more
I really disliked the ml he’s so plain if that makes any sense
it’s the first drama I watch for the actor but i don’t know if it’s the acting or his character or a combination of both
but yeah his acting for sure wasn’t it
the story in general was so interesting I’ve never watched a cdrama with a similar concept

firstly, I respect ur opinion but I will have to heavily disagree <3
if we’re talking abt his snow madness thing yeah I can kinda ignore that
but if we’re talking abt the scene when he had no reason at all and was just “ jealous “
jumped on her without communicating
here’s where my problem truly stands ☝️
abt the “ women can’t let got to not be seen as easy or cheap “
I think there’s a big difference between women not participating in a sexual interaction (in our case it’s a kiss) OR completely rejecting it
a no is a no and we shouldn’t sugar coat sexual assault
the fl wasn’t just not participating because of shyness or letting herself go or whatever the reason that u mentioned
she was clearly uncomfortable trying to push him away
would you look at that scene the same way if the ml wasn’t conveniently attractive?
luckily it’s just a drama and no one was harmed
but still
normalizing these actions will never be okay
men should be able to take a rejection <3

so there’s that one scene at the last eps when xie wei gives his weapon to ning so she can protect herself
and she gets flashbacks to the past life when he also sends her his weapon (but at that time she thought he wanted her to k*ll herself)
…..
and she goes like (maybe I misunderstood him)
this really breaks my heart 😭

if there’s one thing i didn’t like abt xie wei it would be the ( forced kisses )
i was so upset when i first watched

xie wei is insanely attractive in both personality and looks (i just kept rewatching his scenes)
i also looovveee the couple and had to keep rewatching their scenes too
like even before them having feelings for each other
the TENSION the chemistry 💯
