What i mean is he can work with whoever gives him enough respect and fair treatment. Tencent, iQiyi or Youku, they're all big platforms but they also have tons of drama crews every year, there will be decent and normal crews to work with, not all are jerks and scammers. Even if it's slow, people will eventually realize his worth, like whoever he has worked with all praised his personality and professionalism.
