Excuse me, can i just check, to be clear the Book that “failed badly” you’re refering to is the same Book that got a dedicated post by P’Jojo saying how good his comedic acting was in P10L and had P’Tha directly reaching out to New to try and add in more ladybug gang scenes cause he enjoyed it so much? That same Book right?

Well Im sure a random MDL commentator knows better than industry experts.. Santa must be so comforted having you by his side to validate his capabilities.. Book alas will not be able to receive this high honour

P/S i can see why some of the ForceBook stans i follow on X have taken offense with PerthSanta stans…what with comments like this..y’all seriously out here alienating a fandom that was willingly helping y’all..

Coming of the back Peaceful Property- I just have to say Book is phenomenal. The whole scene where he gets increasingly frustrated at losing the jacket to the way he holds it close to his chest in relief when he gets it back was so well executed. He looked truly pitiful crying his heart out heart next to heaps of trash.

Overall this series so far was good - with the trio of Arm (Book), Sand (Poon) and Po (JJ) being the standouts

Note: I’ve obviously sunken down the ForceBook rabbit hole.. and now need to decide between watching Enchante, A Boss and a Babe or Only Friends. Any suggestions?

Are you even watching the series? Book is actually good? Thai fans are raving at how well he managed to capture novel Arm’s essence & translate it so naturally on to the screen.. in fact neither of them are close to being worse than Marc or the lil we have seen so far from Santa.

My two cents…the people who regularly post positive reviews like the show and come back to post after each ep & discuss it..however if you disliked the show and have dropped it..hanging around the comment section after your first review does in fact make you a toxic troll and quite honestly discredits your opinion

I will have to strongly disagree with you here..their cameo on PPS alone proves how good these 2 are at their craft..there’s only like one other CP at GMMTV that maybe could have pulled it off?.
This is my first main series of them I’m watching but these types of comments feel jarring to me cause it honestly seems slightly rooted in personal bias then what is actually being reflected on screen… but then again I guess this is exactly what MDL is for

You mentioned acting though? I’m surprised cause I do honestly think they’re one of the better gmmtv couples in that regard

But in any case on their intimate scenes, I don’t really see the stiffness you mentioned (outside of when Arm was still oblivious), tbh they seem very comfortable with skinship with each other

I see these comments and I genuinely don’t understand? Their potrayal of Arc & Arm is extremely solid and Book particularly is honestly knocking it out of the park as Arm.

Also, their performance as Phoom & Vicha in Peaceful Property? I still revisit their ep if I feel like I need a good cry

Something like that, there’s a lil overlap with time jumps here & there.. but pretty much the first arc centres around ForceBook

This series is honestly so hilarious & comforting, am honestly a lil bummed that we’re probably only gonna be getting 2 -3 more eps with ArcArm & the rest of the gang

I loved TayNew bromance in PPS & but obviously I’ve missed them as a CP on screen. Lord knows how many times I’ve rewatched Cherry Magic. Simply put, I can’t wait and please start shooting today.

Really?!! I’m honestly surprised cause like for real it’s in in my top 3.. in fact top 2? (I’m sorry my babies TayNew).. I just love shows that make you theorise about what comes next & then you can spend the day on X having discourse about it.. it makes for such a fun watching experience .. but I guess these kind off heavy psychological stuff can be a turn off for some

My Top 3 were
1. Tears of Heaven (Drama/Coming-of-age)
2. Melody of secrets (Psychological Thriller)
3. A Dog and a Plane (Rom-com/Slice of life)

Melody of Secrets is gonna be produced by the Snap25 team - so you know you’re in for a real treat 💯

Just rewatched this ep after having a bad day.. Cant believe its already episode 5 of this series....its gonna be hard to let go of ArcArm at the end of ep8.. but tbh, i dont think i will be sticking around to watch the PerthSanta part, what we have seen so far of them and their performance in the new trailer has been lacklustre (and this is me being extremely polite).. i thought Marc’s robotic acting was bad, but Santa’s overacting is another level -honestly if they split the difference between them - they both might actually be bearable

I guess different strokes for different folk - to me they feel like a CP thats very attuned to one another..And as ArcArm their attraction reads genuine on screen

Next to TayNew, I think ForceBook are my next fav CP from GMMTV as a whole

Really? I feel the opposite tbh - like they just feel so natural & authentic on screen to me - that entire beach sequence? organic as heck

EP 5 recap

1. Tay is so handsome
2. Poor Po is traumatized - JJ is killing it
3. I love Poon, still not sold on Marc. Poon should’ve been paired with JJ
4. There’s something very different about ForceBook’s chemistry in general . They just feel very organic & authentic
5. I’m sorry did I say that Tay is so freakin handsome?!!!

Can’t wait for ep6, gmmtv pls air this show twice a week

Peaceful Property.. it isnt a BL except for EP7 - which follows ForceBook’s as Phoom & Vicha ..its on Viu… it was gut-wrenching so be prepared to cry

actually PPS turned out to be GMMTVs best production this year overall.. its definitely worth watching the entire series.. every episode was A++++
