The rating is going back up so that’s good news at least

It may also be on the web version. I know some people are saying that only current watchers can rate, but if that was true, the rating would be an 8.2 since their rating is 8.71 & the verified/ star rating is 7.69

So I clicked the rating at the top to check (not the stats graph on the top) and with current watchers and verified raters, the number should still be higher. If it is only taking into account those groups, the rating should be 8.2: current watcher rating is on average 8.71 and verified/ star raters is 7.69

Has to be. I checked the rating stats because I wanted to what the watch status of the people rating are and over 63% is from people who are “planning to watch”

Yeah i loved it too and was/ am so excited for this series. The people rating without watching may just be a bunch of haters

Idk if the actors did something to piss people off or maybe they have a bunch of haters. The rating started dropping yesterday and today (from the statistics)

People are rating without watching. I was curious about how people were rating so I looked at the rating statistics and it showed that 64% of people who rated are “planning to watch). Only about 32% of raters listed that they are currently watching & the remaining 4% did not list their watch status.

So the rating statistics show that the majority of the people who rated (64%) are “planning to watch”. They just rated without even watching.

6.6 rating is crazy. Especially because if you look at the rating statistics, about 64% of the people who rated marked that they are “planning to watch” meaning majority of the ratings are from people who have not watched the show.

I am loving this show. I see people say it’s boring but it’s honestly so cute to me. I am sat every Monday.

I don’t think a lot of people understand that Maya was never even a real romantic interest. Maya just wants what is best for Kohei and she even has her own love interest.

It would be nice if we could get a S2 and movie like My Beautiful Man but with more eps than their S2 got

So here’s what I think as someone reading the manga and how much the show used. The show only goes to the end Volume 2 of the manga which is very slow just like this. The couple does not really develop and have other potential romantic interests come in until Volume 3 and later. If I were to describe volumes 1-2, it would be more of just “2 people realizing they like each other.” Volume 3 and onward is “okay now we know we like each other, how do we handle it and others trying to come between us.” I see how this show cannot be a lot of people’s “cups of tea” because in my mind, it is not about the couple getting in a relationship. It is about they realizing their feelings and having the confidence to tell each other. Also Mya was never really a love interest. Mya’s love interest is Taichi’s friend. Mya just wants what is best for Kohei, and she actually becomes good friends with Taichi. Now if we get a season 2 (fingers crossed), I would LOVE to see how people’s thoughts may change.

My hope is that we can get a S2 with the developments they have from Volume 3 onward. Ending it where it is now can be very unsatisfying for some who haven’t read the manga and know how they develop.
