I guess queen of Dong Xia may not be 3rd person cuz if she want to kill mL's father she can kill him just in her country so that she don't need to share Gui seal with anyone and although Duke Ping Jing is not a good person , he is quite faithful to his country. I think the 3rd person will be the king cuz he is too obedient to his senators and even his eunuch🤣
