o que vou falar vai soar como pretensioso mas na minha opinião muitas dessas novels é nível fanfic, e estou falando isso porque um dos meus hobbys é a leitura, eu acho que se ela queria fazer esse clichê do homem frio, faria mais sentido que o xamã fosse o amaldiçoado, porque ele ficaria afastando o menino, para ele não se machucar, aí sim o telespectador iria comprar melhor a ideia dessa fase rude dele, assim como foi escrito a história o personagem só soa como rude, mal educado e chato, e o outro um personagem fraco , chato, e não faz sentido nenhum ele ficar perto de uma pessoa que não quer ajuda-lo e ainda o trata mal (lembrando que ele iria morrer logo mais), isso sem contar que se apaixonar por uma pessoa dessas é não ter amor próprio, ou síndrome de Estocolmo

I went to read what tsundere means, because giving names to clichés is such a United States thing, and in my opinion this cliché would work better if the master were cursed and trying to spare the other one… but the way this story is going, the master just comes off as stubborn for not solving the other’s problem once and for all.

I'm going to wait for the actual romance to start before giving my opinion on the chemistry. For now, I don't really see much chemistry between the main couple either, but I think my view is being affected by the top/bottom dynamic from DMD , one playing the stoic man and the other constantly needing to be saved. When it comes to chemistry, unlike some people, I don't think it has anything to do with NC scenes. A good example is Sky and Nani from GMMTV, who did that high school frenemy bromance they had tons of chemistry without even sharing a single kiss.
