Though Yeomhwa is pretty much a broken and delusional character, now that the spirit mother is dead, she is going to take her rage out on SeongA, saying she should be killed. Summoning a grim reaper is taboo; it's crazy she was going to do that. Yeomhwa is a definition of a invalid crashout compared to bongsu

I truly believe the writer was forced to condense the story for 12 episodes meant for 16. The production of these K-dramas is killing me. Every 10 dramas we get, only 2-3 of them are remotely good.

aaahh, a personal preference. Nah Yeomhwa just cannot be perfected as that villain, and honestly, this drama needs 2-4 more episodes extra because with a story like this with some openings, we need some extensions. tvN really needs to start giving the writers more creative freedom rather than rushing them to write a story worth more than 12 episodes. I mean ep 11 she becomes somewhat more villainous, deciding that SeongA must die.

Nah, I feel her character is more broken and warped than truly evil. An excellently written character for an evil villain is Min Juyeong from Good Boy. Now that's a hardcore villain. Ep 10 prolly had the worst writing among the rest but im hoping ep 11 and 12 do damage control. Ik ur upset u had high hopes and based on the way ur acting, u have to be an LR fan, I mean the villian in that kdrama was terrible but the romance was extraordinary. My guess is that the writer did not want to drag yeomhwa as much as you would want it but rather influence her desire to try to establish connection with the reaper.

IMO, I think tvN should have presented a better budget to flush out this drama better. Idk why it had to be treated like this, I mean, it had potential to be really good and I am hoping ep 11 and 12 can do damage control

Yes they did bc the spirit mother knew the dangers of what she did but she wanted her to atone for the failure of taking care of Yeomhwa. She felt guilty. Jiho used to push the plot. Yeah, that's what he is meant for, dumbass. Not bad writing. It's mid-writing. You're just so stupid to understand that because you're on a hate train right now.

It wasn't disappointing; it was less anticipated, that's all. Yeah, she is insufferable; that's why they are barely doing anything. They know she is crashing; that's why they took away her shaman powers temporarily, and Jiho's emotions got the best of him. How is that bad writing? That's just how it was played.

Holy crap, the complaining! The reason why they could not do anything is probably because they care too much about Yeomhwa, especially the spirit mother. But that will change now that she is dead and she wants to kill SeongA. Now it's time for GyeonU to protect her. tvN, you really need to stop underrating dramas and start giving better budgets. One thing I learn is that I feel these dramas should be screened early to some netizens to get feedback so they can be adjusted when airing.

I'm not an expert but these are actually good ratings for a weekday, right? As long as the average is above 3.5%, it's pretty good. And the weekend should have an average of 8% to be good.

this was inevitable; when a show gets this good, the expectation get much higher for the viewers, that will just ruin your watch, honestly.

People tend to get upset over when an episode packs too much, and while I agree this should be longer, I know for a fact the production of dramas has increased, causing a decline in the number of episodes for the majority of dramas this year. From the looks of it, tvN is jumping on the train to minimize their episodes for stories deserving of more.
