Title Shine on Me
Nxg's mum has so much class and her dad is so pathetic. Not sure why she married him in the first place.
As the saying goes, "love makes you stupid and blind"

lol who says he is one grandfather is old but not that dense
In my comment, I only referred to examples of changes in the plot between the novel and the series. I admit that the new plotlines introduced make the series more interesting than the novel. I eagerly await further new plotlines in future episodes. Of course, if they exist and how they are presented.

For me, this is good enough. I don't need sensual kisses in my dramas. I find more joy in the overall interactions…
That's enough for me, but I think they'll really step it up with the kiss in the next episodes.
I especially enjoy NXG's witty comebacks. I'm eagerly awaiting episode 31.

I feel like the step daughter is gonna get scammed. Don't really care what happens to her though.
Seeing the preview for episode 32, one might assume that she and her mother will also deceive the people of NXG's father's village.

But the film's script is changed from the novel, e.g. featuring a mountain vacation where NXG's family meets LYS's family. According to the novel, Uncle NXG only meets LSY at a banquet.
