When YW entered the room, he left maybe because its time for he and choa to go on their date, because if you hear it not long after he left the room he called Choa, maybe signaling the ride have arrive. Seeing him wandering around JWs room since the night before, he wouldn't left the room just to leave YW and JW to talk, he even got jealous when JW planing to make JS lunch. And btw you keep forgetting JH said in eps 4, he can make a clear judgement from the start about whether or not he will have a romantic feeling to a girl. He said he is not the type who wait the feeling grow. so i don't think he gave up on choa, he just don't see her like that from the start. if he is, then when the cupid date he will not answer "i expect yunha to be my first date, because she left a strong impression on me with her smiley eyes". Oh and btw before the gangwon date he said to CH "she's not my first choice".

I dont think JH didnt go for CA because he consider YW, its simple because he sees her as noona. I think CAJH date will be a "noona-dongsaeng" date, filled with consultation, advice etc. Not flirting or anything like that. I dont think JH will change his mind about JW remembering he followed her like a puppy after their date, even in the morning. we can see JHxJW kept joking at the back when CAxCH were talking in the balcony
