Actually when Lan Zhan awoke from his drunkstate, he found himself and Wei Ying together on a bed, but he did not ask anything because he thought Wwx willingly did ' that thing ' to him because he loved him . That's why when Wwx asked " Lan Zhan, are you awake? " then he said in a calm voice " yes" but after this Wwx said " Lan Zhan, thanks for everything " and LZ thought WWX is trying to repay by his body for Lan Zhan's kindness towards Wei Ying. That's why he felt guilty and pushed him.
Also WWX thought LZ became so mad because he took advantage of Lan Zhan's drunkenness . He also felt sorry and took another room and said to LZ to not mind him . That misunderstanding chapter broke everyone's heart 💔
