SYJ [Lady Cho] and JCW [Cho Won] were former lovers, new rivals in the novel and in the k-movie Lady Cho & Cho Won are cousins and Lady Cho is revealed to be Cho Won first love..
NANA [ Hui Yeon] is most likely playing Lady Jeong played by Jeon do Yeon in the k-movie.. Nana is the widow and the one whom JCW [Cho Won] is interested in seducing... plus JCW will later kinda fall in love with Nana.. SO THE MAIN Focus of romance or any intimate scenes will mostly be with NANA.
SYJ & JCW will mostly likely have some flirting kinda of interaction btw them... Acc to the movie SJY will ask JCW to seduce her husband new virgin concubine who is shown to be 16 year old in the movie, Han sun hwa character is not revealed by the production and is said to be different from the movie, so I think HSH might play that concubine with some difference...
if so then JCW & HSH might have some intimate scenes.
JCW character is a Playboy, so to establish this fact that he is a Playboy we might see him have some intimate scenes with 2-3 more women other than Nana, Han sun hwa and with SYJ can't say about them having any kind of intimate scenes..
In short, we will most likely get
