Grandma Rong is really doing my head in, she will happily throw Nanny Liang under the bus despite what was done her by husband/mother-in-law, Grandma pretty much destroyed her previous husband for doing much less. Aren't the Rong women meant to embody girl power? grrr

Will the Wei's and Lang's being served punishment really tarnish the Rong's reputations.........I think not.

There have been several over the last year or so, most notably Kill Me Love Me and I find if novel has BE so will the drama 😢

If it follows the novel it will be a happy ending but as we have learnt in dramaland it's not guaranteed.

Throughout show there have been certain things that I gave a free pass to but there were several instances that I felt could have been told differently. I glad that I watched show, performances were very good especially the leads but ultimately the storytelling in the last stretch should have been handled better.

And not to mention that QN was in prison for 2 years.

Episode 14 - I understand FL’s motives for revenge however I do have a major problem with her drugging her husband, that is not okay, that is abuse.

I sure this isn’t the first time he has assaulted a woman, I don’t know if the missing woman can be linked to him but he seems to have a routine from the blindfold, location, filming, her having to count to 1000….etc etc too detailed for a first time.

It’s certainly not ideal but the police really do want to get this scumbag, that’s why the lead detective was still investigating and hoping she would change her mind about pressing charges.

They can’t force a victim to give samples for analysis especially one that is obviously traumatised because it will only cause more trauma should they compel her.

Not to mention that the son was rightly accused of treason and PM has made numerous attempts on FSG’s life!

Being a mini time is ticking and I think there are at least two featured characters from the opening/ending sequences that haven't hit the screen yet so plot will be plotting 🤔

As I said just a thought.....I do like to overthink things 😂🤣 Funny though that 9th Prince thinks threatening him with dead traitors wins over him the 9th Prince plotting a rebellion....got to love drama logic.....

I have only watched up to ML finding out about the Song family but a thought I had is that, since he had the jade surely daddy Xiao (FL's father) knew that ML was a Song and that he was protecting him by raising him as a son....perhaps the Songs weren't quite as traitorous as is believed.
