Sorry to say but Asian culture is very different( if they not Affected or influenced by western cultures ) . As asian, it's really difficult to hug or just kissing in public, even in home eventho they are couple. My mom & my dad from child until now, i never saw them hugging or kissing( even in the cheeks ) because they too private and they didn't like when others saw it ( even your main family ). But yeah it just drama, Japanese drama type is kind like that, not spicy like Thailand nor Taiwan that have sex scene, even their butts is see through on screen

U can use vpn for watch on YouTube ( because u from USA, just using vpn from others country that Nearby like Mexico server or Brazil server, etc ) i do the same when gmm geoblock my country ( i'm from Indonesia btw ) with using vpn USA server

Well i read manga or manhwa like jinx, under the green light, or whatever ( i forgot ) so i really careless about nc scene( like if brutal or not but i has i can still enjoy it) but i just prefer story than nc, even nc is good but story is boring, i guess i will not watch it. And btw personally, i recommend you Japanese BL if you bit tired w/ nc scene but don't have high hopes for nc scene in there, lol( just one dead-fish kiss in 12 episode is really glad to have than not, and sometimes the kiss scene is being trick w/ angel camera or being skipp so don't expect that ) but yk, the story is best than korean or thais bl
