I really like how they literally separated Yan Zheng and Changyu covering their individual journey. I don't like too much scenes of main leads together, usually that makes me loose interest in a drama. this one is great it's making me crave their interaction

exactly, it's like saying to an Asian friend "hey you don't look like Asian". and also they said it's offensive when he mentioned the drawing looks like Yang Di, they immediately thought "oh he's saying it looks like Yangdi because Yang Di is ugly". it's not Linghe whose problematic here, it is these people making the statement sound bad.

nah it doesn't affect me at all, I can't find the video, I can only see screenshots of the Hi6 scene, I really want to see the video to check if the tone was offensive or not. I think people were too sensitive. btw I'm Southeast Asian. if you have the video where he actually said that I would appreciate it 'cause Hi6 was edited already. been following linghe's growth for years now and I trust him. That one video won't define him.

ghaadd this is so frustrating, I guess I was too busy lately that I forgot which ep I stopped. I literally watched ep 18 and was so lost, I was like what's happening, I don't understand a thing, it took me 10 mins to realize I'm still at ep 15 😭 guess I didn't save myself from that 10 mins spoiler 😂

I really think there's something wrong with me or maybe I'm on my cdrama slump when I watched this back when it aired 'cause I was struggling to get to the last ep. I literally was playing it 2x just for me to record it as "completed" on my watchlist. well it started okay to me.

and it took so long for us to get that happy ending but I'm happy we did get it 😂

So I'm here rating the dramas I finished for the past few years and stumble up this one and it gave me flashbacks. I remember being so attached to this drama that I had to take a break from cdramas. The the movie version, I thought it was just a compilation of scenes but it was not. A whole new story but the same context. The ending of the movie was the closure I was waiting for the drama. PERFECT

I watched Jackie Chan's unexpected family and I didn't know Peng Yuchang was there with a major role, it made me cry. He never fails to amaze me with his acting may it be comedy or crying scenes

I'm disappointed 😭 I love dilireba so much and back when they were discussing who will be the main lead I was able to predict Xingxu will get the role so I was so excited but I don't know. It's okay at first but I can no longer get myself to stick to the end. 😭

I think chemistry really is very important. I notice I can enjoy a cdrama when there's a good on screen chemistry. The storyline is not that new, there's a lot out there with similar storylines.

can you guys feel the chemistry of the leads ? I watch the leads ep on Hello Saturday and unfortunately johnny Huang's treatment for the promotion was so off and he's literally ignoring Sun Qian to a point that Yang Di was the one making effort in making sure Sun Qian would feel included. it was so awkward

I think my comment can be summarized, you can watch it if you don't have any other choice
