Because some have brain with morals, they know the difference between intentional and unintentional.
Then why using REAL incidents, just as they made up the country argan they could've made up other countries, and It's not just about using them; it's about using them incorrectly and altering the facts. That's propaganda. Ik that scene wasn't made to hurt anyone's feelings and ik it was to foreshadow his job, but just using this is not right Like imagine instead of using "paltima and Izmael" they used "mazi and gewish" what will be the first thing that comes up in people's minds? Now imagine the make the "gewish" people the villains, the ones attacking and taking hostages. Would that be okay? No, it wouldn't. That's exactly what happened here, and it's so obvious. And no if they used any different name it wouldn't be controversial. Also, dear, in the novel that foreshadowing part was actually in Argan, which means they deliberately changed it when they could've just left it in Argan as it originally was
dont they just stay in the fiction drama and therefor spell out names which are not real?
I clearly said "some countries" not all countries. And the main point here is not arresting, but the fact that the world already acknowledged what's happening in Gaza and and acknowledged that what's Israel doing is straight up crimes against innocent civilians and children
dont they just stay in the fiction drama and therefor spell out names which are not real?
Ofc they're not real but the names itself are not a coincidence, everyone noticed it so fast I could literally make up a country rn and the name would feel realistic without the need to use another countries' names. But why would they "create" these names??
The drama was going good until the last 6 mins, paltima striking izmael??? Bfrr we're not dumb. What was even the need of putting something like that?? Reading the novel made me think that they might do something like this, like instead of making him go to "Argan" they'll make him go to gaza or something because that's a thing they would actually do, so seeing argan made me feel relieved. But bro, PALTIMA AND IZMAEL???? It looks like Netflix and mbc are asking to be boycotted
It had the potential to be a really good drama, but the production ruined it. Even if the production team was on a tight budget, why let it result in such a poor outcome? They could've done better. So many points were missing; you almost understand what happened, but you're left confused. The phone screen editing couldn't get more obvious it was so annoying . Honestly, it's a waste of the main leads' talents—they had great chemistry, and the story was good. I hope they get cast again in a drama they deserve.
Dropped it right after ep 1 cuz wth it this?? The ML is so weird and he was just taking advantage of her, it was so damn obvious that she's stupid and doesn't understand a thing so if he really 'loved her at first sight' he would've waited until she gets comfortable with him, but instead he immediately slept with her like why tf would he do that if he's not a pervert or something, 0/10
That's propaganda.
