Liking her and being in a relationship with her are two different things. He def likes her first but didn't realize it, he just simply feels he is comfortable and likes to tease her. Imo being in a relationship with her will take more effort since they are siblings of the in laws and junior-senior at work. Since we know he is very committed with his work, I don't think he is ready for a relationship.

I'm a pharmacist and I did intern in a big hospital like them. It's not necessarily similar like how the doctors do their things, but yeah it's the same things like how the senior always yelled at us bcs we sucks and knew nothing at all. And I got no kind senior like Gu Dowon, he literally only exists in a drama lol. Overall it was a fun and bitter experience.
