This was really funny, but the ML was never the bad guy. It was the woman. She literally ruined his life, "cause he was misogynistic" I was like honey was misogynistic in the room with us? The plot made no sense but, I had a good laugh.

I agree with this 100% but I maybe its just me but I see Charlie as an alpha and can top but not in a macho way. Yes it would be a lie if I did not think that Babe was top in some instances. I don't think its the height necessary as, I have seen BLs with tops being short and being macho too. But I guess maybe the actor playing Pavel already has a strong aura to him. Willy pinning Babe to the wall was hot not going to lie🤭😩. But Charlie and Babe dynamics are still cute. But I deffo agree with parings these act as talent blockers. This is why I don't like parings as you mentioned Pond who has been paired up with many people and has shone in all. I love this, but since actors are stuck with pairings they will be type casted and won't allow them to play other roles than their assigned ones.
I wonder what will be like if the actor playing Willy was the one who played Charlie that would have been hot and the actor playing Charlie playing Willy?
But the again Pooh and Pavel seem to fit even if they don't necessary emulate the roles they are playing to some people. I think they do.
