Honestly yeah I get what you’re saying, and I agree actors should be able to try different roles. I think for me it’s just that I really liked the vibe they had in shows like The Eclipse and Only Friends, so I was kind of hoping for something similar again. It’s not that lighter stories are bad, it just didn’t hit the same for me personally. But I get why others would enjoy seeing a different side of them.
