I am a law student and yes he would be charged with murder. Actus reas because he committed the guilty act (stabbing her 20 times) and Mens rea because he had the guilty mind. Rage is not a scale on how many stab wounds but whether it satifies these.

I personally hate this series. I dropped after ep 8. The acting was bad, some actors were better . It very cringe and too childish for me. If you want to watch something, sweet, lighthearted with cute guys plastered on your screen then this is the show for you. If not then probably not.

I agree with everything you just said. I love feminine, grumpy-sunshine bottoms but aI 100% agree when they are infatalised I just cringe and creeped out, like does Thailand have an infantalised kink? They don't even make the characters act like normal people they are just walking caricutures of tropes. I hate it when they have a female BL fan that ships them together, I can telly you women in real life don't do this. In real life they have working that 9-5 work. They need to give the bottom/uke character more personality ranges rather than the infantalised character.. can they not make them act like adults but has a sunshine character? I just don't get it...
