I love this description of the show, it describes it beautifully! The only time Jira is in control, in power is when he paints Koh! Because in reality he does not have the power.. Yes I agree Pheem and Jira are both forcing the romance.. no wonder those kinds of relationships never work out because they were never being themselves to begin with.
