Jmx tells him multiple times that he isn't zhou yang and sm sais that he recognizes jmx as zy even after the doctor makes remarks about him being a different hight and looking different "of curse he changed, he went abroad" or "i'll always recognize him". now for the term of what he has no clue, i assumed it could be a psychosis because he seems to be in clear delusion (at least to me) but i'm no medical professional😭
