I like how he made every movement sharp and unhesitating. Yet what haunts me most is the unsettling elegance he exudes even in violence and killing, as if death itself becomes a macabre dance under his coin-flipping. SYS's fight scenes always remind me that the actor was once a trained dancer.

I also like the unfolding of this line! Wei Jiu is more of a lovable clown than a true villain. Every time he appears, I know he is in for a good laugh. Poor Elder Tu, now she is like a single mother who needs to take care of two children. I hope WJ will change and learn to be a reliable father🤣

Another thing worth mentioning is that despite the fast-paced and tightly woven plot, the supporting characters are still well-developed, with their own storylines and even standout moments. This adds depth to the story and makes it feel more like an ensemble drama.

I'm re-watching the Divine Tree to explore more details. I really love the character SYS and the whole story. Thanks to the screenwriter for giving closure to the side characters I cared about, even though they weren’t the most important ones—like SYS’s father and sister. When I first started watching, I was really worried they would just disappear without any follow-up. But thankfully, the plot was well-structured, with everything connecting like dots that eventually weave into a complete web. Well done!
