I thought marquis will be the most ruthless enemy but guess others will be even more cruel and it will be more interesting to see ZangHai being cornered and outsmart them🤟. Can't believe we are already at episode 20 ..series is really going fast and I will surely gonna miss it as I really enjoyed watching it and the guessing of plot ahead here😭. It's been long time I really involved in an active discussion about a drama like this☺️.

I am also with this theory of need of dongxia princess to open up gui seal🤟. Normally when you take hostage, either they put in jail or will trade for something else. But here they are keeping her for this long. I guess she also know this purpose and that's why wanting to get close to ZH. May be coz of my trust in director with his previous works, I don't think he will place just any character as FL which can spoil the mood of drama. I think in coming episodes we will get to know more about this.

It's true that he got training but it was mostly theoretical and he grown under protected environment created by his masters. so when he enters capital it's inevitable he makes mistakes. For me making ally through letting marquis son identity that scar was the best option. Also I find this fail and learn character setting of ZH look more realistic and human. So it will be more interesting to compare the final ZH at the end of series.

He only got exposed in front of ppl who he needed as Ally. Without him creating situation to show that scar, he won't be exposed and story can't be move on without him having allies. So I don't think it's a joker move but rather a realistic move instead of keeping that scar as secret for about half of a series🤟.

I said currently 🤟... even if he changes in the future it's okay for me after all he is marquis son and I am neutral with him🙂.

I feel like either marquis already know ZH and he is just letting ZH play him or just like that eunch team was blocked by that group in his hometown, they must be protecting ZH from shadows. From the way the plot is going, that group is really in need of ZH to work for them and the revenge is just a facade that they are making ZH to work for them. Somany possibilities and this drama is is making me rack my brain a little too much lol. And I am liking it🫠.

Yes...I am also doubting him from that day...i don't think others will be having access to do such things if it is not him.

Yeah guess the real game starts when ZH find it and then use it to make all 3 fight eachothers and perish on their own without him having any direct blood on his hand🫡. It will be a real brain game ❤️‍🔥.

Currently I am okay with Zhi Xing but with An Tu, my doubt radar saying either an tu approch has some hidden agenda coz she literally have her own feud to work on or they gonna have some not so sweet ending 🥲. Just hope it won't end in either way🫠.

And the story is comparatively realistic too especially the way they created the character ZangHai as someone with all human emotions. Nobody is god, ppl will make mistakes and then learn. So the progress of his character looks a bit personal coz we literally see how he took each steps from beginning. And now I am more curious to know how of a cunning person he will become at the end of series❤️‍🔥

He is using him like a kind of emotional black mailing to make him feel indebted to him. Like his master said he only saved him coz he thinks ZH as his private property and he has use with his intelligence to make his own career better. ZH master explained it well to ZH. It's like all are trying to act and fool eachother and it's interesting 🤟

This drama is revenge oriented but XZ is acting as a strategist. His main weapon here is his brain and he will use that to make others work for him🤟. There is martial arts but it is by supporting characters who will help XZ character to do things. So if you are expecting a cool warrior as ML, then I won't suggest it. But if you like intelligent plot full of puzzles and guessing game like who will be the villain, how will ML solve this and that I will happily suggest this coz it's such a wonderful drama and we are all really engaged in it from the start. Also want to add plot is a bit heavy and romance is just sub plot, so if you are interested happy watching ☺️.

Okay, currently I am in the state where I started to doubt every single entity in this drama🤟.

I am feeling fishy about his master that they all belong to that 3rd guy gang😵‍💫. I even doubt miss antu has some hidden agenda behind this love approach🙂. Then Marquis who is trying to emotionally blackmailing ZH calling him family and all so ZH feel indebted to him🤐. It feel like a drama within a drama where all acting to each other. Everyone want to use him for their own benefit but at the same time they are all used by ZH too🤟. It's complex and I am liking it this way. Anyway kudus to script writer coz he left a lot of puzzles for viewers to rack their brain which making this drama viewing experience much more interesting 🫡.

This is my guess too...but currently I am not sure of which way to think and who to trust....plot is complex and I am loving it ❤️‍🔥

Tbh the more drama showing a sweet ml-fl interaction, the more I feel it is gonna end in not so sweet way...I smell some tragedy 🥲

I was also a little dazed about his soft side and forgot what he did in the past for a moment lol, until ZangHai master told ZH that ZLY is faking it and he only see ZH as a private property for sake of his own career🫠

It has romance but it's just a sub plot. Main plot is ML revenge.

That's my hope too..as episodes increasing we reach 8.4 from previous low rating here🥴. So hoping for a better rating at the end of airing 💃
