FL’s work friends are more supportive compared to her university friends which are torn between FL & 2FL.

I honestly hope 2FL also gets over 2ML. He needs a reality check and someone to knock some sense into him — that coworker (Chris?) looks like a person better equipped to do that.

I saw it more as establishing FL character, college life/her relationship with roommates, and job search. 2ML aspect was secondary.

It was hilarious to see 2FL try to flaunt her connections while ML is a blood relative of her company’s owner and FL comes from a well-connected wealthy family. She really should know when to pick her battles 🤣

ZJM is really nice (I agree!) but in this drama she’s not even being a true nepo baby. She got the job on her own, works at an entry level position, doesn’t flaunt her wealth and most people don’t know her background. Really, until 2FL provoked her in Ep. 11, she was super stealthy 😁

It’s funny that FL is so oblivious to his hints, lol. He even complained to the bride that he wished FL saw through his ploy to get her to the wedding 🤣

His fan club consists of 2FL only 😁

Someone mentioned that source novel consists of two books and book 2 covers 10 years. So by the end we might get to the present day.

It seems like FL will reject 2ML, take a bit of time to recover and then will get together with ML.

It’s not supposed to be teary drama based on what novel readers have told us. It’s not super comedic but has its funny monuments. More of a romance drama that’s on a lighter realtor side. Some people compare it to The Best Thing. Another comparison is You Are My Glory and Love O2O — same author wrote this drama too.

We’ve only had 11 episodes so no one knows the answer yet to question #1.

Gu Man is a very good writer. Interactions in You Are My Glory were also great (probably the same in Love O2O but my memory is fuzzy).
