From experience (seasons 1-4), it’s very hard to try to guess/ship pairs so early because things change so quickly…
Ouch, I don’t remember reading that and I’m on Ailee’s Reddit.
I can only imagine the hate Mina Sue is getting. And probably being called out for being born outside of Korea, etc.
I generally try to be nice to contestants, especially because so much can be done by editors (afterwards) or producers (who gently manipulate contestants with leading questions/suggestions). Probably the main bad person was Gwan Hee — clearly a walking red flag 🚩, no idea why anyone picked him.
Agree with everything you said. I love when reality shows take SOME of their audience's criticisms and use them…
Very true. Hopefully, it will be clarified into some articles. I will do a deeper dive after the season is over. Trying to stay away from any spoilers. I only knew about Min Gee’s background because she was added to the cast on MDL. But I really like her for now — she’s arguably more accomplished than anyone there (even Mina Sue probably) but not trying to make it a big deal and seem pretty nice.

He’s a true winner. And it was nice that Ailee didn’t get hate for marrying someone. It’s very discouraging how actors/idols can’t date anyone or else they get death threats and then have to write handwritten apology letters to delulu fans 😳🥺😭

Oh, wow, thank you for the information! How long has she been on an academic break if she won Korean pageants in 2021 & 2022? I was a little surprised to learn her age — she shouldn’t be still studying unless she was doing her master’s.

Did Mina Sue win beauty pageants? I didn’t search anything online to avoid any spoilers. Other than about Min Gee being an athlete because she got added as a cast member in MDL.
As someone who loved watching the photoshoots in America's Next Top Model, I'm LOVING the couple's photoshoot…
It helps that 95% of Single’s Inferno contestants do modeling on a side even if they have a “real job”. It’s hilarious to check out their IGs and see modeling gigs photos for a person who supposedly runs a coffee shop, bakery or a restaurant 🤣😊
After episode 4, I honestly don’t know how I feel about Mina Sue. I really liked her until episode 3, but in…
From experience (seasons 1-4), it’s very hard to try to guess/ship pairs so early because things change so quickly and — like hosts mentioned — you can’t trust anything people say. A girl/guy could be very upset at a guy/girl (for valid reasons) but shortly thereafter they forgive them. So I usually just root for my favorites to end up with a good person (whomever he/she may be) or go home alone (instead of picking a toxic person).
P.S. Random fact — a contestant on Season 1 is now married to singer Ailee (they met through friends). So there’s at least one good Single’s Inferno-related romance story 🥰❤️
I was a bit afraid of having an experienced show contestant (Min Gee) but she appears to be very genuine and I’d…
Watching S1-3 is a good idea 👍🏻 I think we are all pretending S4 didn’t exist. I think none of the participants from that season even got much boost in social media followers. Not like stars from S1-3.

S1 was good; S2 has the best ending which was straight up out of a K-drama (very fitting, because the girl became an actress now); S3 was best overall but had super toxic very popular male guy. S4 was very good initially because it seemed more slower paced & thoughtful (a lot more one on one discussions compared to 1-3) but after a certain point it started to drag because so much focused switched to a very indecisive girl so she took up screen time of other potential couples.
Did you see the previews? She seriously asked if she could leave with two people at the same time 😳😬
Mina Sue’s introduction (where she talks about herself) did not give a very favorable impression either. As a guy, I was very confused when all the hosts went crazy over her 🤔
Literally "FIRST TIME WATCHING" This is my first season to watch LoL That Hoodie Pull was **HOT AFF !…
Min Gee is staying strong!
Almost all of the cast every season are models — even if they have “real jobs”, they do modeling on the side and that’s how casting finds them. But, yes, real model Go Eun slayed that photo shoot even though she didn’t get to select a partner.
I will like to say this season being the only season of this franchise I have watched Mingee girl to Rock and…
I now call Mina Sue as Hurricane Mina because she’s crashing all the ships without mercy 😳
Season 1 was good; Season 2 had absolutely best K-drama like ending (very fitting, because the girl became a K-drama actress); Season 3 is probably the best but has a toxic guy; Season 4 was great at the beginning but second half was disappointing for multiple reasons (esp. because too much focus was on one very indecisive girl).
But, yes, it’d give away too much of a background. Heck, until I saw comments here, I didn’t even know Mina Sue did pageants.

But I do agree that it’s too early to seriously ship somone. I just hope my favorites end up with a good person whomever it may be.
