I heard they didn't put this much information about the orphan kids in the novel except for the twins, they decided to add more details, like ji sangwoo who's also an orphan there, where his character is the one who made those missing kids went to that house and got killed, jsw mention the kids name one by one but not mentioning much since the key in this plot is the twins
