I know that but when Johnny was about to assault Akin he said Jin name and he couldn't assault him so he put some signs just to make sure that something really happened between them so Jin would see it but either way it's called assault and it's not raped but it really provoked me when he did that and wanted to come between them and destroy their relationship!
