Yes, I agree with you that some great K-drams deserve better than what they are given, and some have high ratings and do not deserve them, but the thing is that this K-drama deserves 10 and it deserves it well because obviously all people loved it and it would be impossible for this K-drama to get the highest MDL ratings without the liking and addiction of this K-drama.

I don't know about that but if it's scheduled to be released in June on Disney Channel Korea it will be released that day, but the official release date is generally on April 18th.
