Yeah this can be a case too like from what I remember kim jung hyun's character in a hundred memories was also said to be guest role but later on it was confirmed that he was one of the main characters....
I think the comment here is referring to a scene in undercover high school... In that scene jin ki joo's character sua told her mother that "mom my heart is fluttering" after seeing the ml hae song (played by seo kang joon) for the first time Then her mother replies "what's there to flutter" 😂
