I am warching ep 22, when MuMu called for Lightening, I literally saw his tears. Their moment was golden. 😭😭😭 And in ep 21, when MuMu while drinking coffee saw ZhaoZhao in her hallucination, I got emotional seeing their hidden tears. Its so heartbreaking 😢😢💔

Actually they didn't act like siblings. He was her childhood friend. If your childhood friend is older than you in some cultures we call them with respect brother. They are actually childhood sweethearts. Hope it helps in clearing somethings. 🤗
