I'm really curious to see how they're going to handle the plot at this point. They've created some pretty absurd situations that can't be resolved hastily. They had another 24 episodes available instead of wasting them. Half of them in absurd twists that distorted the meaning of the first season. They could have continued to advance the story following the pace of the first season. Now in 12 episodes they have to: reconcile the couple, start a war, punish the bad guys, reveal secrets... will they make 3-hour episodes? Too bad it could have been an extraordinary story, so it's becoming a B-series soap opera.
